Doing Good In Juju's Name Giveaway #4

a few months ago, brooke {see i mentioned you again, brooke!} blogged about the fact that she doesn't do the daunting task of leaving her house without dressing herself in her armor of jewelry. many of the pieces of her armor are things that remind her of her baby girl, Eliza. i loved the fact that she called her jewelry her "armor." these days i feel like i'm headed for battle. i suppose in a way i am...navigating my way through grief is a constant battle. i always feel better when i put on the pieces of jewelry that remind me of my Juju - my "Juju armor." in january, my first giveaway, i gave away a bracelet similar to my Juju butterfly bracelet. today, i will giveaway another piece similar to one of my pieces of armor - my necklace. check out this post to read how it came about.

the giveaway:
this giveaway {for BLMs} is for a keepsake remembrance necklace from Lilly Ellen Designs. Here's the description...

My Gage armor is his urn necklace. But as you know, I am constantly afraid of losing it. I would love to win this necklace! I have been looking on this site to decide what kind I want recently. I think if I had something like this, I would feel more comfortable leaving the urn necklace in the curio cabinet...somtimes:)

I have no armor as of now. I do have a cross that I received while I was pregnant with Andrew that makes me feel better (slightly) when I wear it, but haven't yet purchased a piece just for him. I need to and was just looking at some options yesterday. Your necklace is gorgeous, Tiffany!

I love this necklace!! I have an arsenal of Harper armor :) I have 3 necklaces, one is a sterling silver "h" from Tiffany's that Chris gave me on my bday last year, a hand stamped disc with "harper" on it along with her birthstone, and a dragonfly necklace. :) I love necklaces, especially when they remind me of my little girl, can't you tell??

I love this Tiffany! I really do have armor that I wear to remind me of Aiden and protect me from all the stuff in the world.

I have a beautiful citrine ring Nygel got me that I wear every day- it's Aiden's birthstone. I have a charm bracelet with an infinity circle that I wear in remembrance of all 3 children we have in heaven. I also have a bracelet that says "Remember I am with you always" that I just got on Wednesday but it has not left my arm since then :) I don't have a necklace yet but yours is just beautiful! I'd love to win one!!

Nygel also has some "armor" :) He wears a set of dog tags every day that have Aiden's whole name on one side and his date of birth on the other side and the second tag say "Love Always Daddy" I love his dog tags!

Thanks for doing such a fabulous giveaway mama!!!!

xoxo

Great giveaway!!
My armor is a silver James Avery charm braclet that I got a few days after we buried Eden. I have two charms on it...the first is a heart with her name engraved on it...the second is a bigger heart (given to me by another BLM) It has a pink stone and Eden's name engraved in beautiful cursive writing. I don't have any other charms on it except for those two.
When I wear it feels like a piece of my baby girl is with me!

You, my friend, are such an amazing woman and I know Juju is so proud of you and is smiling down on you! I ♥ you lady!

The thing I wear daily, 24/7 is my remembrance ring. Shawn bought this for me about a month after Bryston and Colton passed away. It is an open heart and the collection it is from is called, "Always in my heart". I have their initials engraved on the inside.

This is an amazing giveaway and whoever wins is so blessed!

♥ Juju ♥

beautiful, Tiffany. I love the phrase Armor...as if all of this jewelry is protecting us. I have an Angel Bracelets - blue bracelet, etched with his name. I switch between 2 necklaces mostly, my locket wore out and I put it in safe keeping since his hair is still in it. I have 2 wristbands, a pin that sometimes makes it into the wardrobe. I am not much for earrings lately, but I do have a set that I wore the last day River was alive that I haven't worn since...but keep to remember that day. This is a wonderful giveaway!

My armor which I wear is my butterfly bracelet from tiffany, a necklace that has 2 rings: one states Holdens full name and the other says briefly in our arms forever in our hearts with his birthstone and a disk with the letter H and a little boy. And I always have Holden's hand in my pocket. It a glass imprint of his handprint, it shows all the detail if his little hand.
Hugs yo you Tiffany! Wear your armor proud :)

So sorry about the loss of your darling son...I lost my son almost 8 months ago :(

It is so comforting talking to other SIDS mommys and knowing that what I am experiencing is normal.

Thanks for your website In His Name!

My armor is a necklace that Dave gave me the day before we buried Ellie. It's white gold curled around a small diamond. It reminds me of a mother curled around her baby.
I bought Ellie some armor before her visitation. I wasn't ever able to buy my little girl any jewelry and I wanted to, so I bought her a tiny neckalace with a small pearl on it and a baby pearl bracelet to bury her in. Her body was too swollen to wear the bracelet so I intertwined it between her fingers. I like to think that our girly girl got at least a couple pieces of jewelry.
And I am of course a follower of both pages!!
Thank you Tiffany. You are awesome!

Beautiful necklace! I have so many necklaces that remind me of Stevie. I love that most of them were given to me by friends and family. My favorite is probably my tree locket. I also like that I have my wrist tattoo (also of a tree, with 5/8/10) for the days I don't put on any jewelry. Love you Tiffany!

You are so right that grief is a battle. So far I wage my war with jewelry, curse words, wine, bad television, and lots of reinforcement in the form of other bereaved moms. It's still such a long road, though, isn't it? I have been looking for another necklace that I can add to my suit of armor. Right now, the one item that I put on every single day is my silver bracelet that spells out Eliza's name in square beads. I love this necklace. If I don't win it, I'll probably have to buy one myself. Thanks for sharing.

I only have one piece of armor. I have a charm bracelet that I've had for years and last year when we lost our daughter Olivia my husband and I purchased a charm that is a pair of baby girl shoes from James Avery. I'm planning on getting her name on them soon.

I have a heart locket that I wear every single day. It is always with me. I am also getting a tattoo on the inside of my wrist that says "faith" with 2 cherry blossoms--one for each of my angels.

My armor is my heart necklace with Leila's actual footprints on it. I also wear a bracelet with different charms on it that remind me of her. I remember the day I got my necklace, I felt like I could finally breathe again. I could go out in public and bring her with me. I always find myself trying to get people to notice my necklace, so maybe they'll ask about it and I'll be able to tell more people about Leila. I hope this piece of jewelry will bring whoever wins it as much peace as my necklace brings me. Thank you for this beautiful giveaway. Thinking of you and Juju always.

The one I wear almost every day is the tiny cross necklace Carleigh wore for her visitations and service. On it I have her baby ring and a pendant from My Forever Child with her hand and footprints. I do always make sure I am wearing at least 1 piece that honors her every day.
